How We Work

OUR SIX (6) CORE STRATEGIES

To achieving the ends of our objectives, we shall adopt (but not be limited to) the following six basic strategic approaches
Education
Education

We are currently on a mission to educate 30 million Africans and train 17 million leaders by the end of this decade. Education is a powerful weapon to change the world. To change the narrative of Africans among Africans, and the African worldview, it is imperative that we re-orientate the people, and because we are planning a lifetime change, we must therefore educate Africans. From the basic level of education, young Africans must be educated about Africa and understand the importance of staying united, the dangers of corruption and the pride in being an African.
We shall therefore encourage a new African centered syllabus across all schools in Africa and engage governments to introduce it in their early childhood education and the first twelve years of study.

Entertainment
Entertainment

Historically, media and entertainment have proven to be moajor unifying factors and sources of information across borders and in this new generation, we have studied how more powerful these have become in shaping views and public opinions.
One Africa Forum will engage all stakeholders in the Media and entertainment industry.
While we engage the media on the importance of fair and balanced reportage that enhance the African word view, we will also work with entertainers and encourage them to channel entertainment in Africa for the purpose of strengthening Africa’s unity. This includes all forms of media, entertainment and art.

Governance
Leadership and Governance

One Africa forum believes in democracy and more importantly, we desire a government that respects the dignity, peace and freedom of the people. Therefore, we will make every effort to ensure a stable and profitable government in all African countries. We will work closely with the people and ensure that their leaders are a true reflection of their desire. We will not sit on the fence on any matter that involves Africa.

Sports

“Sport has the power to inspire and unite people. In Africa, soccer enjoys great popularity and has a particular place in the hearts of people.” – Nelson Mandela. One Africa Forum will use sports as a medium to advocate our objectives through all sporting events in the continent. We will also charge every African sportsman or Woman in the diaspora to be true representatives of Africa anywhere in the world.

Commerce

We shall work to boost Africa’s commercial landscape for a sustainable economic growth in every country. This growth will be measured by the real economic development of each country. We will encourage prioritizing “Made in Africa” products as well as intra-African trade and encourage all governments to come to the table and honor the terms of the African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement (AfCFTA).

African Youth Conference
African Youth Conference

At the end of each year ( in the month of December) we center our focus on Africa with a concentration on the youth at our African Youth Conference.
At this conference, we bring together young people from all over Africa to discuss the state of affairs, ideas, and proffer practical solutions. The conference also affords us the opportunity to address some of the concerns of the youth and meet their needs, by providing support to other small organizations embarking in life transforming community-based projects that are empowering women and children across Africa, startup capital to young entrepreneurs and scholarships to deserving students.

African Youth Symposium
African Youth Symposium

Once every first quarter of the year, we bring tens of youth-led and youth focused organizations across Africa to a round table. This symposium provides a safe space for these organizations to share their struggles, their successes and the opportunities that they see ahead.
The defining moment of the symposium is to encourage these organizations to network and collaborate on projects, especially for those that operate in the same communities or regions.
Wherever necessary, we provide adequate support to these organizations to make many of these projects possible.

Our Projects
One Africa Forum knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2020, our Non-Profit Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch One Africa Forum.

1. The Y3DG:

We are on a mission to raise and become Africa's Young, Dynamic, Determined and Daring Generation by 2030. Get in touch with our team to find out more about various strategies to achieve this goal.

2. The Other Gender Campaign:

At One Africa Forum, we stand together with a firm aversion for gender based violence, gender inequality and all forms of human right violations. Contact our team to find out how you can join the campaign and support the movement.

3. The Noble Club:

At the Noble Club, we provide education, coaching, counseling, psychological support and mentorship to young learners across schools in Africa. In addition, we assist in shaping these young learners’ future through the help of social workers, educational psychologists and social psychologists. We would love to have you on board. Get in touch with our team to find out more about this noble project. 4. Radical feeding scheme:

With this initiative, our goal is to feed 50,000 children monthly while we promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Learn more about our work by getting in touch with our team today.

5. Food drive:

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Our monthly food Drive is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact to ensure that we donate food parcels to 25,000 homes monthly. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.

6. Integrity camp:

We are buillding an integrity camp in Africa where we educate, train and prepare potential leaders for leadership. Contact us for more details.
